PLANA DISTRIBUIDORA, S.L., a company engaged in the marketing and distribution of adhesives, paints, sealants, waterproofing products and products for surface preparation and cleaning for industry, construction and the marine sector, undertakes through this Quality Policy to establish and maintain a Quality Management System that helps to provide products and services that meet our customers’ requirements and needs and that contributes to continuous improvement, on the basis of:

• Understanding and addressing the needs and expectations of our customers, clearly identifying their requirements in order to increase their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Engaging our team of collaborators in becoming aware of the need to apply a customer focus in all our activities.

Compliance with current legislation

• Applying and complying with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our products and with customer requirements.

Relationship with strategic and structural suppliers

• Carrying out an appropriate selection and continuous evaluation of our suppliers, ensuring that they meet the requirements for the compliant supply of our products.

Setting objectives, targets and monitoring

• Defining and establishing quality objectives that allow us to advance in the continuous improvement of our products and the quality of our services.

The Senior Management of PLANA DISTRIBUIDORA, S.L. undertakes to periodically review the relevance and validity of this policy, ensuring that its direction is consistent with the strategic direction of the organisation and that it contributes to achieving the defined objectives.
